How do renewals work?
By default we automatically invoice you 30 days before your renewal date for all services.
If there is a delay, for example if you are paying by cheque or your card has expired, then we give you a 14 day grace period before we disable any services.
What if I want to cancel my services?
To cancel a service, simply log into MyAccount Select My Services, open up the details for the service and then select the "Request Cancellation" button. Once you have completed the form you will be sent an email to confirm your cancellation.
